For online purchases, if you return your products by a carrier, exchanges are not possible, only reimbursement becomes possible.
However, if you come to the store, we accept exchanges, see the conditions below. If you return your products by a carrier, you have 15 days after your purchase to return a product. (* ATTENTION: No exchanges and refunds apply to grooming products and health and sanitary products.)
You only need to pack the product in its original packaging including a copy of the receipt and send it to us in within 15 days of the date of purchase. When we receive your shipment, if the products are in their original condition to be resalable, you will be fully refunded for your products! Only the return shipping costs will be assumed by you.
