For purchases of less than $89 before taxes, here is the simple way to find out the cost of shipping your purchases:

#2 In the cart, go to the bottom and click on the link “Calculate shipping costs”
#3 Complete the requested information and click on the “Update” button.

FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN PRODUCTS OR SITUATIONS, SUCH AS: For a large volume of item in the same purchase, there may be additional charges for delivery. If there is an additional delivery charge that is applicable, you will be able to see the cost for this delivery in the cart or by receiving a communication from us to notify you.
In the case of services, such as sharpenings or repairs, NO free delivery is possible.
Picking up your orders at our counters
You can receive your purchases at one of our collection counters if you wish, choose your counter when paying in the basket. You will receive a call when your products can be picked up at the counter (1 to 7 days). For all pick-up counters, there are two payment options; #1 Pay yourself in cash directly at the counter where you will pick up your purchases #2 You can prepay for your purchases on the vinsenligne.com website with a credit card of your choice that is accepted by animalsenligne.com. Fees may apply for pick-up at the counter, due to order preparation and packaging in advance to speed up your transaction during your visit.
Products that may not qualify for free shipping
Certain products with too much weight or volume may not be eligible for free delivery to the cart. Also, some remote Canadian areas may not be eligible for free delivery.

Remote areas are not eligible for free shipping. Canada Post rates will be used for delivery to remote areas.
