YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT, NO WORRY THE RULE IS SIMPLE!
For online purchases, if you return your products by a carrier, exchanges are not possible, only reimbursement becomes possible. On the other hand, if you come to the store we accept exchanges, see the conditions below.

If you return your products by a carrier, you have 15 days after your purchase to return a product. (* PLEASE NOTE: No exchanges or refunds apply to grooming products and health and sanitary products.) You only need to package the product in its original packaging including a copy of the purchase receipt and send it to us. ‘ship within 15 days of the date of purchase.

When we receive your shipment, if the products are in their original resalable condition, you will be fully refunded for your products! Only the outward and return shipping costs will be assumed by you.

Return of defective products
