Terms and conditions of paid membership

Memberships

Animauxenligne memberships are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Animauxenligne reserves the right to refuse membership to any person and to deactivate a membership without cause or for reasons such as non-compliance with these terms and regulations or abuse of membership privileges. Failure to comply with these conditions and regulations may result in restrictions on certain privileges.
Membership is subject to all rules and regulations adopted by Animauxenligne, including privacy policies and practices.
Membership fees must be paid in advance in order to receive your member

Expenses and other

Membership fees are billed for a period of 12 months from the date of the primary cardholder’s initial registration.
Free shipping for paying members applies only to purchases over $149.
Membership is valid only for the animauxenligne.com website and cannot be used in any branch of the animauxenligne.com store or its subsidiaries.
Membership is not transferable or refundable.
The person who joins Animauxenligne as a member is the “primary” cardholder and is responsible for the membership.
All members are subject to these conditions and regulations.
The membership fee for standard+ members is C$83.88 (plus applicable taxes) for a 12-month period from the date of the primary cardholder’s registration.
The membership fee for premium members is C$119.88 (plus applicable taxes) for 12 months from the date of the primary cardholder’s registration.
Certain products, such as food and certain other exceptional products, are not eligible for member discounts, as they may be prohibited by the manufacturer. Animauxenligne reserves the right to withdraw or change a member discount on certain products, without justification to members.

Member discounts cannot be combined with products already discounted.
